It is our belief that in the vast majority of civil cases, the client is best served by working towards a reasonable monetary settlement of the dispute, thus allowing the client to avoid potentially large legal fees. If however the matter cannot be resolved pursuant to fair negotiation, then we have the necessary experience and expertise to see the matter through to trial.
