ABOUT WILLIAM R. H. FADER

Bill was born in Northern Ontario and grew up in Toronto. After attending the University of Toronto and Osgoode Hall Law School, he was called to the bar in 1977.

Following his call to the bar, he joined the firm and moved to Brampton where he lives with his wife and two daughters. For a number of years Bill sat on the Board of Directors of the Peel Lung Association including two terms as President.

Bill practices both criminal and civil litigation including wrongful dismissal and employment law cases and is a member of both of the Peel Law Association and the Peel Criminal Lawyers Association.

He believes as lawyers, it is our responsibility to try, if possible, to solve the client’s legal issues quickly and fairly rather than “working the file” and running up unnecessary legal costs.
