ABOUT DANIEL R. FURLAN

Dan has been practicing law in Peel Region since his admission to the Law Society of Upper Canada following his graduation from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1991.

In the last two decades, Dan has focused his practice on family law. He has demonstrated his commitment to provide effective counsel and sound advice for thousands of clients over a range of issues including custody, access, child and spousal support and the division of family property. His goal is to reach a fair result for you in a cost efficient way.

Dan takes pride in his ability to negotiate a favourable settlement where possible and to argue your case effectively in court when necessary. He knows that some cases require a low key collaborative negotiator, while others require an aggressive litigator.

His skill and experience allows him to recognize how best to resolve your case.

Dan has been married since 1996 and has two children. He is active in coaching his children in baseball and hockey.
