ABOUT JACQUELINE B. G. KING
Jacqueline joined Fader Furlan Moss as an associate practicing in the areas of family and criminal law.
Prior to commencing her law practice, Jacqueline garnered extensive experience working in various community, social service and government agencies. Jacqueline obtained her Master of Social Work at McMaster University in 2001. Thereafter, Jacqueline worked as a Child Protection Worker for the Children’s Aid Society and was involved as a Hospital Discharge Planner with the University Health Network. She brings a social justice/public interest background to understanding client issues and delivering legal services.
Not new to the Peel community, Jacqueline was an Advocate/Counsellor at Interim Place Emergency Shelter.
Called to the bar in 2010, Jacqueline is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. While attending the University of Windsor, Jacqueline received the highest academic standing in Family Law. During law school, Jacqueline received the Sharon White-Ducharme Memorial Award, awarded annually to a female student who has shown a commitment to the community with preference given to students with an interest in child and family law.
Jacqueline’s practice is focused on criminal law and family law.
